THIS is how to do it. Learning happens on the edge of our comfort zone. It requires vulnerability. And that’s also the recipe for connecting with others. Congrats!

Absolutely, Derek! Nice one. And just leaving space in there to allow those conversations and shares to occur is so important.

I love this, Leanne! Blown away by your retreat. A big congratulations for organising such a productive “unproductive” event which brought so much value to each participant and organiser too :).

Yes! Definitely a lot of value for the organiser, learning should never just be a one-way experience. Thank you so much, Sophie! Def was nervous releasing it but so happy we did, and the memories will last a lifetime.

Loved reading these insights! Sounds like you have managed to find the nexus between a business retreat and a holiday retreat, which I love. The key really is in the retreat being hosted and facilitated by people who can read the room, understand the group dynamics and then use that intel to deliver the best outcome for everyone. From all the post retreat posts I've seen, you and Steve nailed it. AWESOME (pun intended)

Thanks, Sally! Means a lot coming from someone with your events experience. It was such a wholesome few days. And yes, you can be unproductive but also get tremendous value. Cheers to that!
