thank you for this. I’m getting better about this - in my writing, audio, and videos. And when I find my self perfecting im going to remind myself of the number of hours and costs involved!

And of course I love that you not only referenced CliftonStrengths here but that you so beautifully showed how having something low in your profile is not a restriction. Which of your top strengths do you think helps you to be such an awesome communicator?

I think Activator has really helped! My go-to is just jumping in the right and giving things a go, even when I'm not "ready", like the first 10 episodes of First Time Facilitator were pretty much a horror show haha. Yes, I remember speaking at the Clifton Strengths conference in Omaha 2019 and sharing on-stage that Communication was quite low for me, and I had a bunch of people swam me at the end, letting me know it was super refreshing hearing that! I am loving all of your posts/commentary as well, Maghan!

Thank you Leanne. I think we all are more or less guilty of this. The question I ask myself if in doubt is "will this bring more customers or orders". A quick NO takes the time-waster away. If I look at the time you are saving making us aware of this and the other time savers in the market, very soon we can start working at 9 and stop at 11 (am).

Ooh the 2-hour workday, I love this! I'm not the best at this, I do get FOMO because sometimes indirectly, things that I do have lead to clients/work/amazing opportunities!

Thanks, Leanne I've just had a look at the tool and it would be useful. I've just had four attempts at recording my article and one lawnmower man, one barking dog, one loud passerby and one complete glitch on my part and I gave up and published it with no audio. This tool will help.

It's a lifesaver of a tool and has been a massive reason I'm able to publish podcasts every day. Gosh, sorry to hear of those four attempts and interruptions... super frustrating!! Let me know how you go with it, Wendy.

I had a quick look at it yesterday and will start using it this week. I've recommended it to a friend as well. Thanks so much for the recommendation!

I needed to hear that Leanne. I love doing videos on Linkedin but do so few because I normally have to do between 5 to 10 retakes (!!) before editing.

It’s just too much time.

I am going to try your imperfect but done approach. It can’t hurt, right?

By the way, I found you via your first time facilitator podcast which is my go-to resource as I begin that new business line. Thanks for all of your content!
