Phew, thank you for validating no-cruise-control, you and I can have it out with Sarah at Con Con next week, ha ha (maybe we run a cruise control poll?).
Brilliant as always. On your suggestion of what you’d do if you owned a company: I know someone who does and he employs child minders and cleaners so that his (largely female) staff can get out of the house easily — and clear their heads for work as early in the morning as possible. It’s a total win-win.
Team no cruise control 👋🏻 I feel like it would make me (and maybe others) a more dangerous driver as you’re surely more likely to zone out?
Also agree on the VA thing. I tried one when I had the podcast, and it was useful for a bit but mostly it was a hassle and pretty much all of those tasks could be automated now. I know a bunch of people who have similar businesses to mine who have VAs (or ‘business managers’) and I always wonder how many emails they can actually be getting to justify this?! And nothing horrifies me more than the idea of someone else booking my travel 🤮🤮🤮 The best help I’ve had was a retainer with a graphic designer, but that’s a very different dynamic.
Bahahahaha to the cruise control ... I'm the same, refuse to use it because I like being in control.
Also the same re admin tasks ... keep stuff simple so I cam handle it rather than creating busy work to give it to someone else

A poll would be fun. I suspect we'll be in the minority, and that's ok!
So resonate with this Leanne! I’m the same!
Virgo's rule 😉 Looking forward to the book announcement!
We do! We're so humble too, ha ha. Thanks, Andrew!

Yes, at a certain point with taxation rates, a pay increase isn't as appealing as it sounds!

Thanks for the accidental therapy.
